Compare the measurements with a well-fitting garment laid flat. The figures are in centimetres and follow the measurement lines in the original Balance diagrams. Chest, waist and hip widths shown across the garment are not full body circumferences; shirt neck measurements must not be doubled.

2XL = XXL, 3XL = XXXL, 4XL = XXXXL. Choose the chart for the correct garment and fit. Missing sizes are not estimated. The charts are general brand guidance; exact measurements can vary by model. Ask us before ordering if you are unsure.
